UK Triathlon have created a new event – the 2014 National Club Championship. The race organisers are already well established organisers who put on many popular events each year including the Peoples Traithlon reviewed by TriReview here.
They say this new championship will be ‘unique by the very nature that there are no national club championships held anywhere in the country.’
The championship will be:
Open to all clubs in the UK
Sprint and Olympic distances
3 club size divisions
Male and female age group winners
BTF registerd and chip timed
Dearnford Lake in Shropshire, home of UK Triathlon’s ‘iron distance’ Ultimate Triathlon will be the venue for this championship. Oranmgisers say the course will offer a freshwater lake swim, superb fast & flat cycle & run courses ideal for PB’s.
